I have Vega 56 and after installing 5.12.13 noticed GPU fans running loudly.
GPU is stuck at 100% utilization.

Commits:
    drm/amdgpu/gfx9: fix the doorbell missing when in CGPG issue.

    drm/amdgpu/gfx10: enlarge CP_MEC_DOORBELL_RANGE_UPPER to cover full doorbell.

Looks like these reverts are in 5.12.14 and 5.13.0.

I can confirm too it was fixed on 5.13.0
