A Python wrapper (bindings) for tidylib

tidylib is part of app-text/htmltidy.

Note that dev-zope/epoz will make use of utidylib if it is installed. This package also uses dev-python/ctypes.

ebuild will be attached.

Note: ACCEPT_KEYWORDS should probably be re-evaluated. This module is pure
Python, so it should run anywhere, but in practice will be limited to the
platforms where dev-python/ctypes is available.
