ksambaplugin is now part of kde-base/kdenetwork (with respect to kde-3.4 splitted ebuilds, it is in kde-base/kdenetwork-filesharing). So it does not make much sense to use net-misc/ksambaplugin anymore. In fact, net-misc/ksambaplugin will be removed soon.
net-misc/ksambaplugin was removed from portage.
