ulm: I don't think this is sufficent, because privacy statements need to address things previously used as well as actively used. So it needs to address prior usage of Freenode or not mention networks at all. Of your suggestions, my preference would be for a). Having an explicit list strongly suggests that it is a complete list (regardless of what is said above) which may be misleading.
