emerge info on riscv

Compilation and merge are successful, however one lib file gets installed under /lp64d, direct under root directory

emerge warning message:

/lp64d/security/pam_snapper.so

both 0.9.0 and 0.8.16 have this issue.

tested version 0.8.15, it has the same issue.

two-level profiles are deprecated. And upstream has added --with-pam-security to change pam module location.
