Can you please give us a little more info on what this is and why you think it should be in portage please. The PEP is still draft status.

What is the SRC_URI? If the PN is 'wsgiref' I get a 404 error:
http://cvs.eby-sarna.com/wsgiref/wsgiref.tar.gz

i don't see the point in this package entering portage at the moment.
