Without this dependency, enabling qmail-smtpsd (smtp via SSL - not talking about STARTTLS) yields a continuous respawn of qmail-smtpsd service with error: softlimit: fatal: unable to run /usr/bin/sslserver: file does not exist Reproducible: Always An easy workaround is to manually emerge ucspi-ssl alongside ucspi-tcp (pulled by netqmail)
This init script is not part of netqmail. The only shipped one which needs sslserver is for pop3s, and for that a dependency exists.
