Try an opengl-update. Reassigning to vapier.
From the error message, I am going to guess you are using ati-drivers, for your GL acceleration. From what I have heard, in order to compile with GL support, you have to opengl-update xorg-x11 - emerge program - opengl-update ati in order to get it to work properly - in all honesty, when I tried it with my ati card, i never got it working properly, and ended up destroying my 9500 Pro and sticking my Nvidia Geforce MX400 back into the machine and going about my business.
one of your .la files are broken in /usr/lib/ or /usr/kde/*/lib re-run opengl-update and/or re-emerge broken packages
