The symlink at /usr/lib/transcode/export_xvid.so default to the old "export_xvid2.so" instead of "export_xvid4.so" (current portage version of xvid).
This make all packages wich use xvid without specifing the complete version number to fail, whereas it could be fixed by just making a correct link over this one.

this is already fixed in version 0.6.14
