Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox)

NOTE:
This machine uses GCC-11: https://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-11/porting_to.html

Hi All,

I've just had this module fail to compile as well.

It looks like the dcc module in the github reference policy has been removed as per commit:  8934069f8273155552e2296aee0261dc38494e5b
