Lance brought my attention on /proj/en/devrel/staffing-needs/index.xml that appears empty on bluejay.

FYI, I made AxKit dump the xml before and after applying stylesheets and for some reason, the <extrachapter> is not processed.

The current /proj/en/devrel/staffing-needs/staffing-needs.xsl does produce a valid project file, the project.xsl does test on the position attribute being "bottom" or "", and this position attribute defaults to "bottom" (set in the DTD).

Despite all this, it only works by explicitely setting the position attribute to "bottom" in staffing-needs.xsl.

On top of that, the <DOCTYPE> must be removed from the stylesheet because it makes it an invalid file (our CVS would reject it). The stylesheet outputs a project, it is not a project file itself. Hence the use of <xsl:output>
