Hi, 

due to cardoe's retirement, me on behalf of rust team and due to original author's request would like to take cargo-ebuild maintenance over and move it to gentoo namespace.

please create proj/cargo-ebuild repository and corresponding github mirror on github/gentoo/cargo-ebuild for accepting and reviewing pull requests.

gyakovlev should have push access for starters as I don't think we have rust team git acl.

the original repository is https://github.com/cardoe/cargo-ebuild.
