Razor like spam tool developed in Python. Supported by SpamAssassin >=2.41.

I think it belongs in dev-python.

The sever( pyzord ) depends on gdbm but Gentoo Python, I think, already has it.
I added a dependency to it anyway.

Maybe the init and conf for the server should be added.
