Ready for stabilization?

This is OK, but only if none of its consumers are broken. The new v0.94m moves the header files to a new (soon to be standard) location so that Fedora, Debian, etc. won't all have to make up their own location.

In the long term that will be a good thing, but we have to be careful with the version bounds so that we don't have stable consumers looking for header files where the stable cddlib doesn't put them.

Stable gfan, a consumer, is broken by this. Newer revision needs to be stabilised.
