Since 2 days bugzilla gives occasionally "connection time out"

It is easily reproducible with something like:
while true ; do bugz -q --key $APIKEY search app-category/package ; sleep 1 ; done

Sam is experiencing the same issue

Sam says he is getting "network is unreachable" is that what you are getting, or its literally 'timed out"?

Since 2 days I'm not seeing this issue anymore.
