Emerging imagemagick-6.1.8.8 fails because the ebuild can't find it. It is no longer in the ftp repository where it thinks it is.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge imagemagick-6.1.8.8
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Bails with message saying can't find file

Expected Results:  
Either been up-to-date with version 6.1.9.1 or used a repository somewhere that
still has the file
