When i try to bootstraping , i get the following errors.
Compiler cannot create executables.
/bin/bash' './configure' failed for autoconf-lib-link

sys-devel/gettext-0.12.1-r2 faild

What can i do?

Well, what tarball are you using?  What LiveCD are you using?

Normally, once you get to the bootstrap stage, it gets handed off, as it is no longer the livecd team's responsibility, but since it says "Compiler cannot create executables." it is possible that there is an error in the stage tarball you used.
