A new version of FlightGear has been released, along with the accompanying SimGear package

Note: SimGear 0.3.8 requires plib-1.8.4 in order to build (and as such, the
ebuild has been modified accordingly)

How come flightgear 0.9.8 is still marked as unstable? And how come the latest "stable" package is 0.9.5 still? I have been running 0.9.8 flawlessly since I submitted the ebuild.
