-r1 has been ~ for more than a month (except for removal of libressl).  -r2 simply adds a (fairly simple) patch fixing some (potentially really nasty) issues with func_odbc as per https://gerrit.asterisk.org/c/asterisk/+/15448

I thus request that we stable -r2 instead of -r1 in spite of not going through the normal 30 days wait.

For us at least these fixes are critical as we've had some rather nasty incidents due to this.  Happy to merge -r2 once-off as well, but we should stable -r1 at this point anyway.
