There is a huge amount of linguistic issues and just mistakes in Russian docs. Current root index.xml has been edited to fix that.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Look at the abovementioned URL (you must be Russian native)
Actual Results:  
imperfect impression

Expected Results:  
smooth reading
