If the dimensions of an application are remembered, those applications are opened to the top left corner of the screen, and not on free space, like without remembering the dimensions.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open xterm or any app which is not saving its position. Resize so that another can fit on screen.
2. Set remember dimensions.
3. Open more xterms.

Actual Results:  
The next xterms go to the top left corner, atop each other and not on open 
space.

Expected Results:  
The next xterms should have tiled themselves on open space.
