Bumped to 0.29.  

However, USE=crypt is now there.  If enabled, it will merge gnupg now (as it should)... alas, the t/72sign test script for commit signing does not work correctly under portage.  It's not a problem with the sandbox, it's something else.  It works fine if you merge it by hand.  So, we'll need to get that fixed before this package goes stable.

The workaround is:   USE="-crypt" emerge -v svk

If you do that, and have gnupg installed and tested already, it should work fine in svk.

BTW:  pclouds, sorry, didn't mean to steal your thunder, or anything.  I was just working on this separately for other reasons and figured I'd shove it in.
