I'd also like to request this for the tree because obconf seems to be broken,
spewing a lot of libglade errors and not being functional. On the other hand,
this works fine. I'm running ~x86, so I guess it might be a problem with that.

a few comments:

never mark new packages arch, mark them ~arch

did you actually test on _both_ x86 and amd64?

declaring local myconf and then never using it is stupid

what about docs? readmes, howtos?

create descriptions for die

0.2 is out
Comment 4 Tim Riley 2005-10-02 05:25:26 UTC
Hi. I (obconf maintainer) have been on a bit of a hiatus, and was not aware of
these issues. I am resuming active development and will look to fix them ASAP.
Comment 5 Dave Foster 2006-03-07 06:33:49 UTC
This is fixed in OBConf 1.6, please see bug #125351.

x11-misc/obtuner-0.3 (ebuild)

Even though I prefer obconf, I went ahead and made an ebuild for obtuner-0.3.

Can be found in the Sunrise overlay: (as soon as it's reviewed)

I am closing this bug for a few reasons:
1) A lot has changed in Openbox configuration wise.
2) ObConf is being actively worked on by Openbox upstream.
3) Upstream seems to be dead.

I will be removing this package from Sunrise as well.
