Our company have setup new gentoo portage and full file mirror.
URL: http://mirror.aiya.ru, IP address: 194.226.215.190
The machine is located in Moscow, Russia.

We hope, our mirror will become official. We have lack of stable Gentoo mirrors in Russia :(
