I'm trying to install a desktop environment on Wayland and chose paperde as DE, being a Qt fan. The system is stable amd64, only wayfire and paperde are ~amd64. I'm writing this from a phone, so please excuse the lack of `emerge --info`. I'm attaching a picture, though. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Just merge paperde.
please provide build.log
also, I don't see any picture attached
Created attachment 702198 [details] Build output photo Please let me know what to check about the build tools. Anyway, no other package failed to build (Qt packages included) until paperde.
kde-frameworks/extra-cmake-modules: /usr/share/ECM/cmake/ECMConfig.cmake The missing file comes from kde-frameworks/extra-cmake-module package, I will add it to paperde dependencies. In the meantime you can that and try again.

off-topic but paperde is early stage and also the aim is not desktop computers but rather more portable devices, so you may want to get LXQT or KDE if you are into QT as your primary desktop ;)
Yes, that was it. Thanks a bunch :) Mind that there's an extra final S in the package's name.
Well, I tried very hard not to install X and use just Wayland. KDE is not there yet. Anyway, I had to give up to not enabling the X use flag AT ALL. I couldn't get passed qtgui :@
It looks like this was fixed in <https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/proj/guru.git/commit/?h=master&id=f405028bfbbd32859d3359f3654a3752145b6345>?
