Package is in tree without bugs since 11Mar21.  Arches please do your work.

As it has a new incompatible API it introduces a new subslot. Most reverse dependencies can live with old and new version by recompilation.

There are three exceptions where different versions/revisions needs either the old hamlib-3.3 or the new hamlib-4.1. These are

media-radio/grig
media-radio/wsjtx
media-radio/js8call

The version using the new hamlib API should become stable as soon as possible (see separate stable requests). Old hamlib-3.3 and other package versions relying on the old API should be dropped as soon as newer versions are stable.
