Bug 78468 – shorewall 2.2.0-rc5 ebuild

If you are using IPSec and LInux 2.6 w/ Shorewall, you really need 2.2.0.  RC5 is nearly the finished product.  I thought I would submit an ebuild in case anyone else wanted to use it.
