Description Esteve Varela Colominas 2021-04-19 16:01:07 UTC
Being about a week short of a month of this package's upgrade, I'm opening a bug report to get this stabilized.
* No outstanding bug reports exist for this package set, or have been reported in a while, I've used this daily without issues.
* This is a leaf package set, nothing depends on this.
* A serious bug report for the latest stable version (2.4.11) exists (https://bugs.gentoo.org/754012), which while it can be circumvented by a USE flag change, would require a revision bump and another stabilization request to properly fix by forcibly setting the relevant USE flags. I'd rather just stabilize this and get rid of that version. (if there's channels to fix these things quicker, please tell me, I'm a bit new to this)

As for the runtime testing, it'd be appreciated if audio/video calls were to be tested. They work for me, but seem to be the most fragile component of this program (while being easy to miss/forget in simple runtime testing).

Upstream is readying up for a new release soon, which is going to be an interesting one due to adding webview...

I can drop myself, or feel free to open PR dropping stuff and I'll help, if you want to practice that. no rush.
