When I do an emerge -pvuD world, it seems Portage wants to install:

media-gfx/xv-3.10a-r8

but this package isn't listed in my /var/lib/portage/world, not does it seem to be depended on (ie: qpkg --query-deps media-gfx/xv shows nothing).

Did I miss a dependency ? I don't understand why this package should be installed.

Never mind.. I did a simple "qpkg --query-deps --installed media-gfx/xv-3.10a-r8" and found the answer to my question. Sorry :-)
