I had a little trouble with the malloc() and realloc() statements, which I fixed with a patch (see attachment). Now, it fails to compile with the following: ... Ok, if you could compile this manually; open up src/Makefile.in before running ./configure and if you look at line 637 - add in an -fPIC after $(COMPILE)... Let's see if that fixes it.
