Openssh ebuild tries to install 64-bit libraries in /usr/lib

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge openssh

3.

On further examination, it seems that it is not a library but an executable program, but it's still in the wrong place.

It is identified as a shared object on my system because I am using hardened toolchain.
