binary packages should not be installing into /usr

I'm working on this right now.. the current fpc installs from an rpm (so that's why it goes into /usr). I plan on getting this done by a buildpkg, modify the buildpkg to put stuff in /opt, putting the modified buildpkg into a tbz2 file, slapping it on the mirrors, and adjusting the ebuild to the new package source. Though I still have to check and make sure the libraries searched for are not hardcoded as /usr/lib (otherwise this might take a whole heck of a lot longer..).

Ok, I fixed the now stable version, I'm now working on the ~x86 version.
