i think that in the gentoo portage there must be the wxdesigner ebuild. i searched for it but couldn't find. it's an IDE for wxWidgets libraries. however it's not free.. author provides rpm linked against gtk1 and 2...and tar.gz too here is the author ebuild: http://www.roebling.de/wxDesigner-2.11.ebuild it's against gtk2 but it's very easy to change for gtk1 too. Desktop entry for kde: http://www.roebling.de/wxDesigner.desktop that's all. dev-utils suggested
We can't commit an ebuild to portage unless we know it works. I'd be happy to add it if the author gives me a copy to test :-D
I see there is a demo available. I'll mail the company and ask if the demo installs exactly like the actual product. If so, I can add an ebuild.
demo + key = full so ebuild will work. the only difference is that in demo mode you can't save projects.
no more news....what happened?
can't understand what happened...you reopened bug, but no more news, even with a ready ebuild. strange any problems?
2.13 out http://www.roebling.de/download.html after wx 2.6 in portage, i think you can't miss this :)
after about 1 year, no more news...can't understand the motivation..ebuild i ready there
i have no interest in adding demos for commercial software to portage.
