I forgot to mentioned that you have to have an IPv6 IP address obviously (can get from https://www.tunnelbroker.net/ for free)

telnet 2001:470:1f15:106:fa05:465b:f1cd:c83f 873
Trying 2001:470:1f15:106:fa05:465b:f1cd:c83f...
telnet: connect to address 2001:470:1f15:106:fa05:465b:f1cd:c83f: No route to host

And below is just a test connecting to ipv6.google.com:
telnet 2a00:1450:400e:809::200e 443
Trying 2a00:1450:400e:809::200e...
Connected to 2a00:1450:400e:809::200e.
Escape character is '^]'.
^]
telnet> quit

Also, there is another problem with one of listed IPv4 hosts:

>>>
>>> SERVER OUT OF DATE: rsync://180.150.156.88/gentoo-portage
>>>
>>> In order to force sync, remove '/usr/portage/metadata/timestamp.chk'.
>>>

I haven't checked the rest. Please review all mirrors:

rsync.asia.gentoo.org has address 203.178.137.175
rsync.asia.gentoo.org has address 213.180.204.183
