It's up for more than 1 year and bugs reported were already closed.
It can be stabilized for both amd64 and x86.

Added list of packages that needs to be stabilized in order to stabilize clojure too

At time writing Clojure is a mess both with test and with functions (read here: https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/19991#issuecomment-810522652) so I'm closing this request. If someone will take a look on it is feel free to try
