If the newins new filename argment contains a slash then it leads to confusing error messages like this:

> cp: cannot create regular file '/var/tmp/portage/sys-libs/glibc-2.32-r7/temp/.newins_tmp_Td4Rnd/foo/bar': No such file or directory
