It seems there's no system directory for nautilus-scripts and nautilus Templates. In the home directory it's ~/.gnome2/nautilus-scripts and ~/Templates. Or is there such a directory which I don't know? I tried strace to find it, but I see no other directory. A patch for this would be very easy, I think. Should I report this to bugs.gnome.org or could you forward it?

apparently not, this is tracked upstream at bug http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=68948
