What is missing? The link or the target of the link?

gnatmake-7.3.1 should come from dev-lang/gnat-gpl-2018

Can you check what is not working.

It does not seem to be related to autoconf

b/c the old tinderbox is gone I'll close this till I can reproduce it at the new tinderbox.
