Build log

I'm trying to =emerge media-libs/smpeg2-2.0.0-r3 as a dependency of app-office/impressive.

The URL for the source tarball resolves to https://dev.gentoo.org/~hasufell/distfiles/smpeg-2.0.0.tar.bz2 but this results in a 404 no found. Typing that into my web browser also fails.

I think you need to choose a new mirror.

If in doubt, just unset GENTOO_MIRRORS altogether, it'll use the default rotation which I find pretty reliable.

Broken original links is typically not something that get fixed until (at most) some other changes given the mirrors are serving their purpose.
