The package virtual/eject provide following packages:

RDEPEND="|| ( >=sys-apps/util-linux-2.22 sys-block/eject-bsd )"

sys-block/eject-bsd got removed on the 2015-08-08 which leaves this virtual with only one dependency left.
I suggest to remove this virtual and inline all remaining packages to depend on sys-apps/util-linux directly.
