In order to test whether dev-lang/R-2.0.0 works with lapack instead of lapack-atlas (see Bug #73580), I've unmerged the latter one (lapack-atlas) and tried to install lapack, but Portage chokes (see Bug #70989) on a symlink (/usr/lib/liblapack.a) lapack-atlas leaves behind.



Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --oneshot lapack-atlas
2. emerge unmerge lapack-atlas
3. emerge --oneshot lapack

Actual Results:
