KOctave can't find it's help files.

"The requested help file could not be found. Check that you have installed the documentation."

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load KOctave
2. Press F1

Actual Results:  
The help browser loaded with the error, "The requested help file could not be
found. Check that you have installed the documentation."

Expected Results:  
Shown the handbook.

There is some help file provided, but it is only a template which contains nothing about koctave. So this is an upstream issue - until someone writes an online help, there will be none.
