When someone emerges acpid, a message should be displayed informing the user of the setup guide available from the Gentoo Doc Project [Power Management Guide (http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/power-management-guide.xml)].
This would help users figure out how to setup acpi on their own. This would also reduce the number of repetitive questions about acpi asked on the forums and irc.
