When someone emerges prelink, a message should be displayed informing the user of the setup guide available from the Gentoo Doc Project [Gentoo Linux Prelink Guide (http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/prelink-howto.xml)].
This additions would help users figure out how to setup prelink on their own. This would also reduce the number of repetitive questions about prelink asked on the forums and irc.
