When someone emerges udev, a message should be displayed informing the user of the user guide available from the Gentoo Doc Project [Gentoo udev Guide (http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/udev-guide.xml)].
This additions would help new users figure out how to setup udev on their own. This would also reduce the number of repetitive questions about udev asked on the forums and irc.

Anyway, I've applied this to the next release of udev (052) only.
