When someone emerges distcc, a message should be displayed informing the user of the setup guide available from the Gentoo Doc Project [Gentoo Distcc Documentation (http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/distcc.xml)].
This additions would help new users figure out how to setup distcc on their own. This would also reduce the number of repetitive questions about distcc asked on the forums and irc.
