When someone emerges a linux kernel, a message should be displayed informing the user of the guide available from the Gentoo Doc Project and its URL [Gentoo Linux Kernel Upgrade Guide (http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/kernel-upgrade.xml)].
This additions would help new users figure out how to upgrade their kernel on their own. This would also reduce the number of repetitive questions about upgrading kernels asked on the forums and irc.
