When someone emerges shoutcast-server-bin, a message should be displayed informing the user of the user guide available from the Gentoo Doc Project and its URL [Streaming Radio With SHOUTcast (http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/shoutcast-config.xml)].
This additions would help new users figure out how to setup shoutcast on their own. This would also reduce the number of repetitive questions about shoutcast asked on the forums and irc.

thanks for reporting, added a message to pkg_postinst(). fixed in cvs
