When someone emerges gnupg, a message should be displayed informing the user of the user guide available from the Gentoo Doc Project and its URL [GnuPG Gentoo user guide (http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gnupg-user.xml)].
This would help new users figure out how to setup and use gnupg on their own. This would also reduce the number of repetitive questions about GnuPG asked on the forums and irc.
