The latest version of dev-perl/POE in portage is version 0.26, which is too old for many newer POE modules and programs.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge POE.

Actual Results:  
It merges 0.26 instead of 0.3007

Expected Results:  
Preferrably merged a 0.3 version.

Good news - 3009 is in the tree now. I played with the version number so portage didn't get confused later down the road.
